Week in Review – Marian Blue Wave vs. Planned Parenthood $$$$—who wins?
The two major happenings in the battle for the lives of preborn children this week were the launching of the Marian Blue Wave by American Life League and the announcement by Planned Parenthood that it will spend $45 million over the next year to get its pro-abortion friends elected to local, state, and federal offices—including a pro-abortion president.
During a Monday night “Turn the Tide Against Abortion” webcast (watch the replay at: https://all.org/webcast), American Life League announced their important new nationwide campaign—the Marian Blue Wave. The Marian Blue Wave is a clarion call to Catholics across America to pray a weekly Rosary with the specific intentions of ending all clinical, chemical, medical, and surgical abortions and shutting down every Planned Parenthood facility in the United States. Earlier this year, after New York’s Governor Cuomo signed a heinous late-term abortion bill into law, Bishop Joseph Strickland of the Diocese of Tyler (Texas) tweeted: “Let’s pray and work for a Marian Blue Wave . . . I’ll start with Texas!!!” Inspired by and with the blessing of Bishop Strickland, American Life League decided to expand their efforts. They have now officially launched the Marian Blue Wave campaign, to reach from one corner of this nation to the other.
Unlike the American Life League effort that ultimately relies on Jesus and His Blessed Mother, Planned Parenthood’s announcement this week shows it puts all its faith in politicians. As reported by CNN on Wednesday of this week, Planned Parenthood’s super PAC (Planned Parenthood Votes) kicked off a $45 million electoral program targeted toward battleground states for the 2020 election. The group’s self-identified largest program to date will go toward grassroots organizing, and targeted canvas, digital, television, radio and mail programs. Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin will all be focuses of the initiative. The super PAC pledged to back reproductive rights candidates “from the White House to the Senate to statehouses and ballot initiatives across the country.”
Planned Parenthood spreads a Humanist religion that proclaims “humanists still believe that traditional theism, especially faith in the prayer-hearing God, assumed to live and care for persons, to hear and understand their prayers, and to be able to do something about them, is an unproved and outmoded faith . . . We find insufficient evidence for belief in the existence of a supernatural; it is either meaningless or irrelevant to the question of survival and fulfillment of the human race . . . we can discover no divine purpose or providence for the human species. While there is much that we do not know, humans are responsible for what we are or will become. No deity will save us; we must save ourselves . . . Promises of immortal salvation or fear of eternal damnation are both illusory and harmful. . . . There is no credible evidence that life survives the death of the body . . . We affirm that moral values derive their source from human experience. Ethics is autonomous and situational needing no theological or ideological sanction. Ethics stems from human need and interest. To deny this distorts the whole basis of life . . . We strive for the good life, here and now.”
For those who doubt Planned Parenthood is active in spreading this non-theist religion, we point out that numerous Planned Parenthood officials, including Margaret Sanger, Mary Calderone, and almost all of its presidents, have received awards from the American Humanist Association for disseminating this doctrine. This week presented a clear view of the battle to kill or protect preborn human beings. Planned Parenthood denies God and wants to kill as many preborn children as possible. It believes it can best do that by building large abortion centers and electing politicians who will create a society where a human being’s life is not valued and God is not recognized. American Life League, on the other hand, launches a God-centered program recognizing that with God all things are possible. We go to God in prayer. We ask Mary, the Mother of God, to intercede for us. We all commit to a Rosary a week and know that God will protect mothers and children and will also rise up faithful candidates who, once elected, will fight for His children and bring His victories.

Pro-life Social Media – Planned Parenthood to Spend $45 Mil on Campaign; Twitter States the Obvious
The nation’s largest abortion organization receives about $60 million annually in Title X government funding. Planned Parenthood in Utah claims it’s out $2 million. Planned Parenthood in Minnesota says it will lose $2.6 million. Then there’s Planned Parenthood in Ohio claiming it had to shut down two centers because of the loss of funding.
For the first time in nearly 50 years, Planned Parenthood is being forced out of the Title X program, meaning people across the country who are already struggling to make ends meet might not be able to access the care they need.

Absolutely devastating. #IStandWithPP #ProtectX https://t.co/UHjIKvhKq5
“Devastating.”
So what is Planned Parenthood ever to do? Spend. Spend. Spend.

Planned Parenthood’s political action group is going to spend $45 million on pro-abortion candidates rather than fix the “devastating” consequences for the millions of customers it claims will be affected.
PP Action is spending $45 million on elections, rather than give it to Planned Parenthood centers to recover its loss of Title X funds that is swears it so desperately needs. 🙄 https://t.co/uzp9Uzh8RX

And yet they’re squealing about having their funding cut 🤔
— Doug Roberman (@DougRoberman) October 10, 2019
Then why the hell they took taxpayers money? They could afford this !!
— joe chacke (@joe0753) October 10, 2019
If they have that much money to spend politically, then why in hell are they getting taxpayer subsidies???😡
— Richard Fonvielle (@rffon) October 10, 2019
Planned Parenthood: “If you cut any of our tax funding women will die!”
— Matt Walsh (@MattWalshBlog) October 10, 2019

— Obun (@WiseManObun) October 10, 2019
Planned Parenthood. It cares for its money, no matter what.
