REPORT: ‘Planned Parenthood’s Racism . . . In Their Own Words’

Sedlak: “Anyone concerned about the continuing racism in the United States of America should have nothing to do with Planned Parenthood.”

WASHINGTON, D.C. (23 November 2020) — American Life League released a research report today entitled Planned Parenthood’s Racism . . . In Their Own Words. This report is not specifically about Margaret Sanger but concerns Planned Parenthood operations TODAY! The report highlights Planned Parenthood affiliates with operations in 33 states across the US that all issued statements in 2020 admitting PP’s current racism. In making these statements, the affiliates referred to their organizations as being guilty of white supremacy, structural racism, implicit bias, and systemic racism.

ALL president Judie Brown expressed the need to expose PP’s deep-rooted racism:

Planned Parenthood arrogantly exposes its corporate racism in a way that is best understood by reading the remarkable report we are revealing to our nation today. Planned Parenthood’s Racism . . . In Their Own Words exposes the commonly understood truth that evil resides in the hearts of every man. For Planned Parenthood, the organization has simply chosen to tout it, flaunt it, and murder babies of color with it. So why do we—the taxpayers of our nation—pay PP to do this? That is the real question.

ALL executive director and STOPP founder Jim Sedlak emphasized that this report was developed using PP’s own verbiage:

This report is taken from recent public statements of Planned Parenthood affiliates operating in 33 states and their employees. It is NOT a historic report about PP’s founder, but documents that Planned Parenthood openly admits it is a racist organization today. Anyone concerned about the continuing racism in the United States of America should have nothing to do with Planned Parenthood.

American Life League is the nation’s oldest grassroots, Catholic, pro-life organization. Its president, Judie Brown, has led the organization since its 1979 beginning. She has served three terms on the Pontifical Academy for Life—appointed twice by Pope John Paul II and again by Pope Benedict XVI.
