Over the years we have often equated the act of abortion with the ultimate act of child abuse.
Recently, David Reardon, PhD, who is the founder and chief researcher at the Elliot institute, has discovered a like between the act of abortion and the act of abusing a child who survives the womb.
Reardon's recently published article is an analysis of 237 low-income women in Baltimore who had physically mistreated or neglected at least one of their chidlren.
The findings indicated that those mothers who had had one or more abortions were associated with a significantly higher number of acts of physical violence directed at their own children.
It will be interesting to watch the media and see precisely how many are honest enough to report on this study. My guess is the result will be zero.
