While some Florida pro-lifers are interested in passing a state constitutional amendment that would curtail state funding of research on human embryos, research that requires killing these little persons, something more fundamnetal is needed. Why don't the pro-life people in Florida who truly care about these boys and girls and their ultimate fate start supporting a law that simply makes it illegal, regardless of who pays, for anyone to kill a human being at any point in his life once his life begins?
Murder is murder. Who pays for it is really not the point.
