It seems a federal judge agreed that a female prison inmate could have a little furlough. You see she is with child, which actually means she's a mom, but she doesn't want her baby and asked for permission to have her baby aborted.
In a first of its kind decision, the judge agreed. You see, the baby is being described as a "high risk" pregnancy and the mother's attorney claims that if she carries her baby, she might suffer serious health risks.
Now, the mom in this case was sent to jail because she is an alleged drug dealer. She says she did not know she was pregnant when she was sent to jail, and so on.
Tragically, the baby is paying with his life – a death sentence – and he did nothing, nothing at all.
