Washington, D.C. (26 October 2010) – American Life League welcomed the newest member organization of its Associate program – Life League of New Mexico, Inc. Otero County Chapter.

As an ALL Associate, Life League of New Mexico – Otero County joins a network of pro-life groups in the United States, Canada and the Philippines dedicated to promoting the human rights and the dignity of every human being from the beginning of biological development.

“We’re thrilled to have another ally in the fight for human personhood in New Mexico,” said Judie Brown, president of American Life League, “and we’re honored to join forces so that every human being in New Mexico, the United States and the world are recognized and protected as persons.”

Life League of New Mexico – Otero exists to help mothers and children in need through baby showers, diaper drives and providing other basic necessities. The group organizes grassroots campaigns to pray the Rosary for Life, organize an October Life Chain and a prayer vigil on the anniversary of Roe v. Wade – January 22.

American Life League was cofounded in 1979 by Judie Brown. It is the largest grassroots Catholic pro-life organization in the United States and is committed to the protection of all innocent human beings from the moment of creation to death.  For more information or press inquiries, please contact Katie Walker at 540.659.4942.
