Congratulations to Elizabeth Medina of California on earning 2,158 points and thus taking home 1st place in the first ever NPLTWeekend photo contest! For her efforts, she is being rewarded with a brand new iPad 2!
Second place was taken by James Valentino of Pennsylvania. His sister, Amanda, was the winner of the NPLTW photo contest earlier this year in April. Nice work, James!
Third place is being shared by William Petry and Samuel Eldridge.

Over the course of four days, almost 1,200 photo submissions for the contest were received. There was a noticeable contingent from California that seemed determined to dominate the leader board. This opens an East/West competition for 2012. Will the East Coast fight back and reclaim the NPLTW winner bragging rights?
We are very proud of everyone that participated and for those of you who spent the time with us on Facebook over the weekend cheering everyone on. We had a very good, consistent following of the contest throughout the entire weekend and are excited that more people will be joining us for the competition in 2012.
