After working out some of the issues with rolling out group tagging and point allocations in the 2011 NPLTW photo contest, we finally are able to share with everyone the WINNER of the group competition. A group of 12 kids competing as “Holy Family Armata Bianca” took first place in the group competition with over 220 tasks completed and earning over 500 points. For their hard work, we are sending them their first place prize which consists of over 36 pro-life t-shirts. The amazing thing is that when they were contacted about winning, they informed us that the kids had decided to donate their winnings to others so that they could help engage those that could not afford their own t-shirt or who would otherwise not be involved with the pro-life movement. Upon hearing this news, we decided to send the team an extra 42 shirts for them to distribute.
The fight for 2nd and 3rd place is still being processed; we hope to be done with this later today.
