Call to Action: New Planned Parenthood to Open Summer 2027 in Bozeman, MT
By Katie Brown Xavios
STOPP recently discovered that Planned Parenthood of Montana will open a new surgical abortion facility in Bozeman by early summer 2027.
According to a local news outlet, the new facility comes with a $2 million dollar price tag. Planned Parenthood boasts that it has already raised $1.5 million and aims to raise another $1.5 for operational costs.
This facility will offer both medication and surgical abortions.
STOPP reached out to the two Catholic churches in Bozeman—Holy Rosary Parish and Resurrection University Parish—to offer any assistance in efforts to shut down this facility before it opens. We must do what we can to alert the Bozeman community and encourage peaceful and prayerful efforts to keep babies and moms safe.
If anyone in the Bozeman or surrounding area would like to mobilize peaceful and prayerful protests to stop this facility from opening, please contact Katie Xavios at kxavios@all.org.
For more information or to inform us of efforts already underway, please contact Katie Xavios. STOPP aims to support Bozeman pro-lifers the best we can!
Planned Parenthood’s Newest Center in Albuquerque Targets Teenagers as Young as Thirteen
By Katherine Van Dyke
Last month, STOPP highlighted the recent consolidation of a Planned Parenthood abortion facility in Albuquerque into its Eubank facility. This week, STOPP learned that Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains has opened a clinic in Albuquerque focused on “HIV outreach.”
According to a local news channel interview with Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains, the new center, called “The Space,” operates as a “drop-in center offer[ing] free rapid HIV testing, safer sex kits, and preventative care.” The center also touts its groups for both adults and teenagers.
PPRM’s TEEN’MPower group for “LGBTQ+ Teens and Allies” meets at the new center, encouraging teens as young as 13 to join and learn about “safer sex and HIV prevention in fun ways.” This is not only completely outrageous but disturbing.
Unfortunately, this is all on brand with Planned Parenthood’s decades of “healthcare” and “sex education” initiatives, which are none other than programs that teach teenagers to blatantly disrespect one’s own body and disregard another’s body by treating them as objects, setting them on a path of loneliness and shame with sexual promiscuity. In short, endangering young people.
STOPP strongly encourages concerned parents, grandparents, teachers, and families throughout the Albuquerque region to become informed about this center and act to prevent Planned Parenthood’s growing influence in the community. Some things you can do to stop Planned Parenthood are summarized below:
- Join/Form a coalition
- Educate your community
- Educate school officials
- Educate the general public
