Every member of Congress will soon be greeted with the latest edition of American Life League's Celebrate Life magazine, featuring an article by the Hon. Robert K. Dornan concerning the scandal created by pro-abortion Catholic politicians. By this Wednesday, March 21, the magazines will have been delivered to each congressional office on Capitol Hill. "These Catholic politicians who continually blaspheme their church by supporting abortion must be held to account," said Judie Brown, president of American Life League. "We are delighted that former Congressman Bob Dornan is employing his in-depth knowledge and experience to convey a strong pro-life message to senators and representatives."
Bob Dornan has worked extensively with American Life League to help bring to light the battle being waged against the preborn by fellow Catholics. His current feature article focuses primarily on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's (D-Calif.) support for abortion, despite her professed Catholic faith. "Church teaching is crystal clear on the fact that abortion kills a living human being created in the image and likeness of God and is therefore always wrong," said Mrs. Brown. "Ms. Pelosi and her fellow Catholics in Congress have the tremendous opportunity to do good, yet many continue to deny their faith and promote the senseless slaughter of preborn children."
American Life League has consistently campaigned against the public scandal created by Catholic public figures that are unwavering in their support for abortion. "We are blessed to have Bob's support in this effort," said Brown. "He understands the inner-workings of the political arena and has a strong and respected voice on Capital Hill. He is doing amazing work to help save the babies.
"We will fight until every single preborn child is protected," said Brown. "Until that day arrives, pro-abortion members of Congress will continue to hear the voice of the people insisting that every life is worth saving."
