These last few years have been terrible for Planned Parenthood.

The most recent blow comes from California. David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt, of The Center for Medical Progress—the organization that authored the undercover videos exposing Planned Parenthood’s willingness to negotiate the price of dead babies—had been facing 15 criminal charges. This week a San Francisco court threw 14 of them out, with the last one likely to be thrown out as well. The same thing happened in Texas back in January 2016.
Planned Parenthood isn’t doing too well in the courts.

Let’s go back to the time when these criminal charges in California were first filed against the undercover investigators. Planned Parenthood and its allies got fired up on social media.

And then, this week, the California Department of Justice got served a steaming, hot Nothingburger.
Planned Parenthood even posted one of those angry, red-stamp memes as part of its celebration.

Planned Parenthood supporters went as far as whipping together a poorly illustrated T-shirt featuring Daleiden as some kind of indicted ghost.
Planned Parenthood’s political action group still has civil cases pending against the Center for Medical Progress.
