The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that a Waco city ordinance restricting congregating near schools infringed on the rights of demonstrators.
This decision tops off a two year battle that began because Pro-Life Waco organized protests outside the Planned Parenthood office which is within the school zone for the Waco Montessori school.
John Pisciotta, co-director of Pro-Life Waco, an American Life League associate group, said the decision "really makes my day."
