I know you have heard that the U.S. House of Representatives just vote in favor of spending more tax payer dollars on human embryonic stem cell research, a vote that was not really a surprise, I might add.
But the good news that the vote was not lopsided, and it appears that the House could not override a Bush veto.
As the Senate prepares to vote on this, and as our hopes increase that President Bush will veto the measure, I would ask you to give the president encouragement and ask him to do as he has promised and Veto this deadly bill.
