New ALL Report: Colorado Personhood Amendment Only Pro-Life Ballot Measure

Washington, D.C. (08 June 2010) – American Life League’s newest ALL Report highlights the country’s only pro-life ballot measure to be voted on this November: Colorado’s Amendment 62.

Host Michael Hichborn walks viewers through the historic campaign now underway in the Rockies, which seeks to add the following sentence to the state constitution:

Section 32. Person defined. As used in sections 3*, 6**, and 25*** of Article II of the state constitution, the term “person” shall apply to every human being from the beginning of the biological development of that human being.

“This commonsense measure is about seeking justice and equal rights for all Coloradans,” Hichborn explained. “Amendment 62 in Colorado is vital to ensuring the full protection of the law for all people, regardless of their state in life or stage in development.”
