American Life League Announcement on Rock for Life Project

Washington, D.C. (21 May 2010) – The following statement was issued today by Judie Brown, president of American Life League:

“American Life League has temporarily suspended the operations of our Rock For Life project. This is being done to allow us the flexibility to structure the organization in a manner that best fits the needs of the pro-life youth movement in the coming decades.

“As we go through our restructuring efforts, Rock For Life chapters across the country will be served by American Life League’s associate program. Rock For Life merchandise will continue to be available at our online store (http://americanlifeleague.stores.yahoo.net/rockforlife.html) and by calling our resource department (866-LET-LIVE).

“American Life League remains dedicated to serving the pro-life educational needs of the youth of this nation. We are grateful to all those fine individuals who have staffed and supported our Rock For Life project in the past and expect to be able to issue further announcements on our plans for Rock For Life later this year.”

American Life League was cofounded in 1979 by Judie Brown. It is the largest grassroots Catholic pro-life organization in the United States and is committed to the protection of all innocent human beings from the moment of creation to death.  For more information or press inquiries, please contact Katie Walker at 540.659.4942.
