Several Texas Democratic women’s groups are coming together to hold a holiday party next month — at a Planned Parenthood. Hosted by Texas Democratic State Reps. Jessica Farrar and Carol Alvarado, it’s billed as a holiday party for “Democratic women…and the men who love them” at Planned Parenthood [of the] Gulf Coast in Houston. The invitation tells guests planning to attend that they must RSVP “for security purposes.” Wine and soft drinks will be provided, but guests are encouraged to “BYOB for stronger cheer.”
ALL’s Associate group Houston Coalition for Life issued a statement concerning this event yesterday and has planned a prayer vigil outside the Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast building during the holiday party.
