Planned Parenthood has been committing surgical abortions on Columbus Avenue in Waco, Texas, at least one day per week by a “circuit rider” abortionist since 1994. As of November 9, however, the current abortionist, who resides in Austin, has failed to arrive for five weeks in a row. Apparently the abortion business in Waco is not sufficiently profitable for him to spend four hours driving to kill preborn babies.
