Playing doctor

My how the tables have turned. For years abortion advocates have accused pro-lifers of asking Congress to meddle in medical decision making because of our efforts to define abortion as the act of killing that it is.

But now, because the Food and Drug Administration has chosen not to approve the abortive morning-after abortion pill for "over the counter" use, four members of Congress have introduced a bill that would authorize the sale of the drug in precisely that way.

Now who's playing doctor – not to mention Russian roulette – with people's lives?
