No parental consent required
Alaska’s supreme court has ruled that girls who are underage can receive abortions without getting their parents’ permission.
A law passed in 1997 stated that girls who were 16 or younger had to have their parents’ consent to receive an abortion. Planned Parenthood challenged the law, and the state supreme court voted 3-2 to overturn it. As a result, girls aged 16 and younger can now receive abortions without their parents even finding out about it.
Clover Simon, the head of Planned Parenthood of Alaska remarked, “The Supreme Court ruled that the law infringes on a pregnant teen’s rights to reproductive freedom.”
Governor Sarah Palin has directed Attorney General Talis Colberg to petition for a rehearing. The governor commented, "The state supreme court has failed Alaska by separating parents from their children during such a critical decision, moving in the exact opposite direction from the law's intent."
Planned Parenthood encourages oral sex
Our government tax dollars are helping Planned Parenthood run its teen web site, Teenwire. We’ve often reported the horrible extremes this killing-for-profit organization promotes with its sexual agenda; this time Planned Parenthood is once again discussing oral sex.
Planned Parenthood comes across as if it is doing teens and parents a favor. One does not need to be a teen or a parent to realize that depicting a scene of a man and a woman embracing in front of a bed, along with the title “Examining Oral Sex,” is not being done to help teens. It’s being done to encourage sexual behavior.
In the article, “Examining Oral Sex,” Planned Parenthood explores technical virginity, describes how oral sex is “safer” and discusses other sexual propaganda.
Planned Parenthood has been pushing “outercourse” for decades. According to a different article on Teenwire, “Generally, ‘outercourse’ means sex play without vaginal intercourse. Depending on personal preference, it can involve kissing, massage, masturbation, ‘frottage’ (rubbing bodies together), sharing fantasies — including cybersex and phone sex, anal sex play … and oral sex play.” Yet, in the article on “Examining Oral Sex,” PP makes it appear that it is abstinence education programs that are driving kids to have oral sex.
It is incredible the lengths that Planned Parenthood will go to in its effort discredit abstinence education programs and to push its deviant sexual practices on our children.
In 2005-2006, Planned Parenthood received $305.3 million of our tax dollars. We must take away our tax dollars from Planned Parenthood. Sign the petition NOW!!!!!
6,400 signatures collected to convene a grand jury
Three groups form the LIFE (Life Is for Everyone) coalition. The Wichita-based Operation Rescue, Concerned Women for America and Women Influencing the Nation were able to collect 6,400 signatures to assemble a grand jury in the investigation of Planned Parenthood in Overland Park, Kansas. The required number is 3,815 signatures, but the pro-lifers in Kansas provided the courts with more than enough.
This new development of convening a grand jury is an additional action that people in Kansas are taking to end abortion. It is expected that the grand jury, once convened, will file charges against Planned Parenthood. This is in addition to the 107 criminal charges that were filed by the county’s district attorney, which we told you about in our October 24 edition of the WSR.
Hearing is set to appeal PP’s zoning approvals
The people of Aurora, Illinois have not given up the fight. Planned Parenthood will be an item of discussion once again. Peter Breen, an attorney with the Thomas More Society, requested an appeal of Planned Parenthood’s zoning approvals. This hearing will be held on November 28 at 7 pm in the council chambers at Aurora City Hall, 44 E. Downer Place.
On September 19, ALL reported that a judge delayed the opening of the Planned Parenthood in Aurora due to the investigation of PP sneaking its way into the city by lying on permit applications. The appeal requested by the Thomas More Society claimed that PP did not receive “proper approvals and variances from the city.” It also explains that since Planned Parenthood sought permits under the name of Gemini Office Development, LLC, Planned Parenthood needed to obtain a “special-use permit because it is a not-for-profit operating a health center.”
In the United States, Planned Parenthood kills 5,095 children per week. Among the many lies and evil acts that this organization is behind, Planned Parenthood needs to be held accountable. Let us continue to pray for the conversion of all PP employees.

This is a good service you are offering here with the national map and all. I am participating in the Aurora, Illinois protests and trying to do some sidewalk counseling. I also have participated in the 40 Days for Life at the PP surgical abortion killing center at 1200 N. Division in Chicago. There is also a small PP clinic near Division. I don't think anyone has ever protested there. So many clinic sites, so little time and so few people who are willing to go out. God bless.
Please continue to pray outside of Planned Parenthood’s clinics. We all need to continue to spread the word. Our goal is to have protests going on at every Planned Parenthood across the country. Let’s work together and defeat Planned Parenthood!
