Frist frosts me

August 19, 2005 09:00 AM

Senator Bill Frist is home in Tennessee telling his listeners that he is pro-life, has a pro-life voting record, but as a heart surgeon he is "used to talking living tissue from one person and transplanting it to give life to someone else."

Confused? Well, don't be. What he is really saying is that he doesn't mind supporting the direct killing of human embryonic people because as a doctor he knows best. After all, transplant surgeons like Frist do take vital organs from those who are near death, thus rendering them really dead, and transplanting them into other people in the hopes that they will live.

Senator Frist is about as pro-life as your dog!
