Georgia abortionist indicted for Medicaid fraud
Thursday, January 10, 2013 - By LifeSiteNews

As Planned Parenthood announced that it received record government funding in 2012, a Georgia abortionist was indicted for defrauding the state’s Medicaid program by illegally billing it for elective abortion procedures.
Officials announced that they had arrested Dr. Andre Damian Williams last Wednesday for improperly charging the state $205,003 for treatments related to abortion. The DeKalb County Grand Jury had indicted Williams on December 20. The Georgia Medicaid Fraud Control Unit is now investigating the 62-year-old OB/GYN, who runs DeKalb Gynecology Associates and Legacy Obstetrics, as well as another business.
