Greenville Rock for Life Hosts 'Life Fest' with 'Idle Down' by Katie Walker Released September 8, 2009
Washington, D.C. (08 September 2009) – In a world of injustice and human rights atrocities waged against the born and preborn alike - a new Rock for Life group in Greenville, South Carolina wants to know – “Where is the love?”
The group will answer just that on September 12 at “Life Fest” – a celebration of personhood and human rights.
Pro-life activists Rev. Patrick Tuttle, OFM, Stephanie Wood Weinert, Elizabeth Hudacko and Rock for Life’s own chapter coordinator Kortney Blythe will speak at the event while South Carolina band Idle Down is set to perform.
“I’m excited to attend this event and work with our Greenville chapter to spread the message of restoring personhood to all,” Blythe said. “These young people are the present and future pro-life leaders who will usher in a new culture of life for the upcoming generations.”
The event will take place at St. Joseph's Catholic School from 5 - 10 p.m. Admission is $10. Register at the web site below. Rock for Life merchandise will be available for purchase.
